DIRECT CREDIT OF FINAL CASH DIVIDEND
The Company has declared 50% nal cash dividend in the Annual General Meeting held on April 28, 2023.
In compliance of sub-regulation 1 of Regulation 6 of Companies (Distribution of Dividends) Regulations, 2017, the Company will withhold dividend of those Shareholders who still have not provided their valid CNIC and IBAN.
Shareholders are once again requested to provide CNIC and IBAN details to the CDC Participant / CDC Investor Account Services (in the case where shares are held in CDC) or to our Shares Registrar (in the case where shares are held in physical from), so that their dividend amount can be transferred / credited directly into their respective Bank accounts through electronic mode.
