Sequent Scientific Limited announced that Mr. Sharat Pandurang Narasapur, Jt. Managing Director has vide his letter dated April 03, 2024 has tendered his resignation from the employment of the Group for personal reasons. Consequently, Mr. Sharat Pandurang Narasapur has resigned as a Jt. Managing Director from the Board of Directors of the Company, with effect from the close of business hours on April 30, 2024. Pursuant to the above,
Mr. Sharat Pandurang Narasapur shall cease to be a Member of the Corporate Social Responsibility Committee of the Board effective close of business hours on April 30, 2024. However, he shall continue as a Director (Non-
executive) in the Board of the wholly owned subsidiary Alivira Animal Health Limited.
