SEACOR Marine Holdings Inc. announced that on April 1, 2018 (the separation date), Matthew R. Cenac departed the company as executive vice president and chief financial officer. In connection with Mr. Cenac's departure, the company's board of directors appointed Jesús Llorca as the company's executive vice president and chief financial officer, effective April 2, 2018. Mr. Llorca will be the company's principal financial officer.

Mr. Llorca (age 42) has served as the company's executive vice president of corporate development since June 1, 2017. From May 2007 to May 2017, Mr. Llorca served as a vice president of SEACOR Holdings Inc. The Company also expects to announce the appointment of a new principal accounting officer over the coming weeks. This individual is expected to work closely with Mr. Llorca in overseeing the Company's finance operations.
