Sciuker and Banco BPM, agreement to sell EUR30 million tax receivables

(Alliance News) - SCK Group through Sciuker Frames Spa, which has established the first Made in Italy design window and sunscreen cluster, announced Monday that Sciuker Ecospace and Banco BPM Spa have signed a strategic partnership for the assignment of EUR30 million in tax credits generated as a result of Super Ecobonus energy upgrading interventions.

"Through the assignment of the tax credit to Banco BPM, Sciuker Ecospace increases the capacity to assign tax credits as well as the number of acquiring counterparties," the companies explained in a note.

Sciuker trades in the green 2.4 percent to EUR6.48 per share, while Banco BPM is up 0.8 percent to EUR3.63 per share.
