Scales Corporation Limited (Scales) (NZX: SCL) notes the substantial product holder notice released by China Resources Ng Fung Limited confirming that they have acquired 21,500,000 shares in Scales (representing 15.38% of the total shares in Scales) from Direct Capital Investments Limited.
Scales welcomes China Resources Ng Fung Limited as a significant minority shareholder, and as a party who can provide support to Scales in its ongoing initiatives in China.
