The Saudi British Bank has appointed Lubna Sulaiman Olayan as the new Chairperson of the board for the coming three years. The lender also announced Saad Abdulmohsen Al Fadly as the Vice Chairperson. Meanwhile, the two officials assumed their roles for a new board term that started on 1 January 2023 and will remain in position until 31 December 2025.
It is worth noting that the Saudi Central Bank (SAMA) granted its approval for the two appointments on 3 January this year.
