Sats ASA reported earnings results for the third quarter and nine months ended September 30, 2023. For the third quarter, the company reported sales was NOK 1,106 million compared to NOK 967 million a year ago. Net income was NOK 31 million compared to net loss of NOK 52 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was NOK 0.15 compared to basic loss per share from continuing operations of NOK 0.26 a year ago. Diluted earnings per share from continuing operations was NOK 0.15 compared to diluted loss per share from continuing operations of NOK 0.26 a year ago.
For the nine months, sales was NOK 3,507 million compared to NOK 3,001 million a year ago. Net income was NOK 189 million compared to net loss of NOK 96 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was NOK 0.93 compared to basic loss per share from continuing operations of NOK 0.49 a year ago. Diluted earnings per share from continuing operations was NOK 0.93 compared to diluted loss per share from continuing operations of NOK 0.49 a year ago.
Sats ASA is a Norway-based company engaged in providing fitness and training services. The Company offers studio facilities for individual training and has a broad training offering with programming and qualified personal trainers for specialized training and individual coaching. The Company also focuses on supporting members outside its physical clubs, using online training and digital tools. The Company serves customers in Norway, Denmark, Sweden and Finland.
