Saponia dd is a Croatia-based company engaged in the personal products industry. The Company’s product assortment is structured in three groups: household products, institutional consumption and industrial consumption. It manufactures detergents, including washing powders, washing liquids, washing tabs, cleaning products and others, and personal hygiene products, such as toothpastes, toothbrushes, sun lotions, soaps, creams, shaving creams and shampoos. The Company's brand portfolio includes Faks Helizim, Rubel, Ornel, Arf, Likvi, Tipso and Zirodent. The Company sells its products in wholesale and retail trade. Saponia dd has five distribution centers in Osijek, Zagreb, Split, Rijeka and Dubrovnik, Croatia. As of December 31, 2011, it operated six wholly owned subsidiaries, based in Croatia, Slovenia, Macedonia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Serbia and Germany. As of December 31, 2011, Mepas doo Siroki Brijeg held an 87.30% stake
