Tower A of EZ Towers has just received LEED Gold certification in the Core and Shell category. This is São Carlos's seventh building to be certified by the NGO USGBC.

This seal reflects several initiatives focused on environment preservation, one of which is the implementation of the project with reduced impact on its surroundings thanks to strict control of pollution and waste generated by the construction works. In addition, regionally sourced materials with high levels of recycled components and certified wood were used. The complex benefits from a reduction of 14% in energy consumption and 40% in water consumption through the use of high-performance glass, elevators with a regenerative braking system, faucet water flow reducers, dual-flush toilets and a rainwater harvesting and storage system to be used to water the garden.
