Sakhalinskoye morskoye parokhodstvo OAO (SakhMP OAO or SASCO OJSC or Sakhalin Shipping OJSC) is a Russia-based company engaged in the marine transportation sector. Its main services comprise the passengers and cargo transportation between the ports of Russian Far East, Japan, China, Korea and other countries of the Asia-Pacific Region. The Company carries out cargo carriages both on a regular basis in form of regular ferry and container lines, as well as on a one-time basis, in form of tramp carriages. SakhMP OAO also offers services for drilling platforms, such as delivery of supplies, support and work team transportation.The Company operates its own fleet, which comprises cargo vessels, including Lift-on/Roll-Off (Ro-Lo) vessels, railway ferries and an ice-breaker.
