Ratch Pathana Energy PCL, formerly Sahacogen (Chonburi) Public Company Limited, is a Thailand-based small power business operator. The Company is engaged in producing and distributing electricity and steam. The Company distributes electricity to Electricity Generating Authority of Thailand (EGAT) in accordance with the program for purchasing the electricity from small power producer (SPP) and sells electricity and steam to Saha Pathana Inter-Holding PCL. for reselling to factories in Saha Group Industrial Park-Sriracha. It operates a compact biomass power plant (VSPP - Very Small Power Producer) nestled within the Saha Group Industrial Park in Lamphun Province. This facility runs a combined cycle power project (Cogeneration), enabling a production capacity of 9.6 megawatts of electricity and 25 tons of steam per hour. It is also involved in biomass procurement and processing center purchases biomass from farmers and small-scale traders, allowing for direct sales at the center.
