The Company operates through two segments: Construction services and Property investment. Construction services segment is engaged in the provision of civil engineering works, building construction works and other ancillary services to government and commercial corporations. The Company's construction services include civil engineering works, such as road works, earthworks, drainage works, earth retaining stabilizing structures works and soil improvement works; building construction works mainly for industrial buildings, which include substructure works, piling works, addition and alteration works and electrical and mechanical works; and other ancillary services, which include logistics and transportation services of construction materials. Property investment segment include residential and industrial properties leasing.
