RPM Automotive Group Limited (ASX:RPM) entered into a binding agreement to acquire the inventory and assets of Metro Tyre Services from Metro Tyre Services Pty Ltd for AUD 4.5 million on December 5, 2022. The consideration AUD 2.6m paid on settlement (60%) and two annual instalments of AUD 860K (20% each) in March 2024 and March 2025. For FY2022, Metro reported generated revenue of AUD 10 million and EBITDA of AUD1.15 million.
