On December 11, 2020, the board of directors of Rockwell Medical, Inc. appointed Andrea Heslin Smiley to the Board as a Class II Director and as a member of the Governance and Nominating Committee to serve until the Company’s 2022 Annual Meeting of Stockholders and until her successor is duly elected and qualified, effective immediately. Ms. Smiley has, since January 2011, served as President and Chief Executive Officer of VMS BioMarketing which she joined in 2008 as Vice President, Strategic Marketing.
