RISMA announces that a new solution, NIS2, has been released

As previously announced, RISMA has been developing a new solution for compliance with the new EU directive, NIS2.

This solution is now released to the market.

The purpose of the NIS2 directive is to ensure a robust and uniform standard of cybersecurity across the EU. Companies providing services that are important for the public must comply with the directive. Examples include but are not limited companies in industries as for instance: the financial industry, utilities, healthcare, public sector, transport, digital infrastructure, manufacturing of food and other critical products. Companies in these, and more, sectors need to comply with the directive as from 18 October 2024.

Founder and CEO, Lars Nybro Munksgaard, says:

“The release of our NIS2 compliance solution is part of RISMAs commitment to provide our customers with governance solutions for compliance with a multitude of legal frameworks. The solution has been under way for approximately six months, and we have in the process been fortunate with invaluable insights provided by some large and mid-size Danish companies.

Many of our existing customers along with new prospects, including many of those buying RISMA’s new CSRD-solution, must comply with the NIS2 directive. It has therefore been a logical decision for us to develop this solution.”
