RISMA and Transcendent Group Announce New Partnership

RISMA enters a new partnership with Transcendent Group, a well-established Nordic consultancy firm within Governance, Risk, and Compliance. The partnership is based on a mutual interest in providing quality GRC services. It leverages RISMA's GRC suite of eight software solutions and enables Transcendent Group to offer customized solutions to their customers.

For RISMA, the partnership is an exciting step on continued journey to penetrate the Nordic markets. Both strategic partnerships and Nordic market expansion play an important part in the growth trajectory in line with the listing on Nasdaq First North in March 2021. RISMA expects the partnership to have a positive business impact in first half of 2022.
