RISMA announces release of new solution, The Norwegian Transparency Act

RISMA is excited to announce the launch of the Norwegian Transparency Act (Åpenhetsloven), a compliance solution designed for Norwegian and other companies doing business in the country.

As previously disclosed, RISMA has developed the compliance solution to The Norwegian Transparency Act to cater the needs of approximately 9,000 Norwegian companies mandated to report on Human Rights and decent work conditions under the OECD guidelines of Multinational Enterprises. In the context of the evolving European landscape, characterized by increased emphasis on ESG (Environment, Social, and Governance) criteria, the release of the Norwegian Transparency Act solution underscores RISMA's dedication to providing solutions that helps companies comply with regulations and increase their operational resilience with governance solutions.
