On December 21, 2020, RF Industries, Ltd. was informed by Howard Hill, a member of the company's Board of Directors, that he intends to resign as a director of the Company, effective upon the pending sale of his shares of the company's common stock in a private transaction. The sale is expected to be completed by the end of December 2020. Mr. Hill has advised the company that his decision to resign is for health reasons and not due to a disagreement with the company on any matter regarding its operations, policies or practices.

The Companyâs segments include RF Connector and Cable Assembly (RF Connector) and Custom Cabling Manufacturing and Assembly (Custom Cabling).
