Change - Announcement Of Cessation :: Retirement Of Independent Non-Executive Director - Muhammad Sameer Yousuf Khan

Mr Sameer Khan has served on the Board for more than 8 years since his appointment as Director of the Company on 26 June 2013. In his support of board renewal, Mr Sameer Khan has indicated to the Board of Directors that he will not be seeking re-election at the forthcoming annual general meeting to be held on 29 April 2022. He will accordingly retire as an Independent Director of the Company at the conclusion of the forthcoming annual general meeting.

Upon his retirement as the Independent Director on 29 April 2022, he will also cease as Chairman of the Audit Committee, and a Member of the Risk Management, Nominating and Remuneration Committees of the Company on 29 April 2022.
