Restaurant Brands International Limited Partnership reported earnings results for the third quarter and nine months ended September 30, 2023. For the third quarter, the company reported sales was USD 771 million compared to USD 759 million a year ago. Revenue was USD 1,837 million compared to USD 1,726 million a year ago. Net income was USD 252 million compared to USD 360 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was USD 0.8 compared to USD 1.18 a year ago. Diluted earnings per share from continuing operations was USD 0.79 compared to USD 1.17 a year ago.
For the nine months, sales was USD 2,183 million compared to USD 2,076 million a year ago. Revenue was USD 5,202 million compared to USD 4,816 million a year ago. It operates approximately 30,000 restaurants in more than 100 countries.
