Rejlers has entered into an agreement with Huddinge Samhallsfastigheter for the first phase of a planned large-scale energy project. The goal is to reduce energy consumption by at least 35% for the properties included in the agreement. The municipally owned Huddinge Samhalls Fastigheter AB owns and manages the majority of Huddinge's schools and schools, retirement homes and sports facilities.

Huddinge Samhalls fastigheter is now one of the first companies in Sweden to receive an EU grant to carry out a large-scale energy project. The project, which is divided into two phases, project development and implementation of measures, comprises a total of approximately 110 of the company's more than 150 properties and is expected to continue until 2030. For the entire project, the goal is to reduce energy use by at least 30%, an ambitious but not unreasonable goal to achieve.

Rejlers is responsible for energy audits in sub-project 1 of the project development phase, which will begin in the spring and include mapping and identifying possible energy savings for the properties in the project. The aim is to reduce energy use by 35% and thereby reduce climate impact. Other goals in the project are to improve the indoor climate and work environment in the properties and adapt the properties for digital control and follow-up.
