RCI Hospitality Holdings, Inc. announced that it has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.06 per common share for the fiscal 2023 third quarter ending June 30, 2023. The dividend is payable June 28, 2023, to holders of record June 14, 2023, with an ex-dividend date of June 13, 2023.

Its nightclubs are located around the country in New York City, Chicago, Dallas-Fort Worth and others. Bombshells Restaurant & Bar is a military-themed casual dining chain with a focus on sports and fun.
