Raj Rayon Industries Limited announced that the Board of Directors of the company at its meeting held on March 18, 2014, has appointed Mr. Prahlad Jajodia, as Non Executive Independent Director (Additional Director) of the company. The newly appointed director would be Member in Audit Committee, Stakeholder Relationship Committee and Nomination & Remuneration Committee.
