The manner of execution of such projects
The CSR activities mentioned at Sl. No.1
or programmes as specified in sub-rule (1)
will be undertaken through Pragnya Priya
of Rule 4;
Foundation, a Section 25 Company under the
Companies Act, 1956 (Section 8 of the
Companies
Act,
2013).
Pragnya Priya
Foundation is registered under Section 80G
and 12A of the Income Tax Act, 1961 and it
is in existence for more than 3 years.
The modalities of utilisation of funds and
