The list of CSR projects or programmes that are approved to be undertaken in areas or subjects specified in Schedule VII of the Act;

The manner of execution of such projects or programmes as specified in sub-rule (1) of Rule 4;

The modalities of utilisation of funds and implementation schedules for the projects or programmes;

Monitoring and reporting mechanism for the projects or programmes; and

List of CSR projects:

• Maintenance of Schools and Hospitals at Ramapuram Village, Mellacheruvu Mandal, Suryapet District, Telangana State, India, Boincheruvupalli Village, Peapully Mandal, Kurnool District, Andhra Pradesh State, India; and Kalayakagollu Village, Buchireddy -palem Mandal, Nellore District, Andhra Pradesh State, India.
• To undertake other charitable activities prescribed under Schedule VII of the Companies Act, 2013;
• Donation to Charitable Institutions; and
• Donations to Government Departments. The CSR activities mentioned at Sl. No.1 will be undertaken through Pragnya Priya Foundation, a Section 25 Company under the Companies Act, 1956 (Section 8 of the Companies Act, 2013). Pragnya Priya Foundation is registered under Section 80G and 12A of the Income Tax Act, 1961 and it is in existence for more than 3 years.

The amount will be donated to Pragnya Priya Foundation which will spend towards CSR activities mentioned at Sl. No.1.

Pragnya Priya Foundation will provide Quarterly Report on the projects or programmes to the Company.
