Raffles Medical Group announced the appointment of Raffles China Healthcare Division's key members of the leadership team. Yang Ching Yu as Medical Director and Vincent Chia as Deputy Managing Director. Yang Ching Yu joined Raffles Medical Group in 1993 when Raffles Surgicentre opened, and he has been with the Group for over 25 years. He has been a Medical Director of RafflesHospital Singapore since 2001. Concurrently, he is also the Medical Director for Raffles Hospital Chongqing since its opening in January 2019. Prior to joining Raffles Medical Group, Vincent Chia was the founder and Medical Director of Asian Healthcare Solutions. He has worked as an independent healthcare consultant from 2017 to end 2019, and covered strategy, quality and operational projects in China and South East Asia. Before 2016, he had previously held various senior management positions in the healthcare sector, including Chief Executive Officer of Gleneagles Hospital Singapore, CEO of Parkway East Hospital, Vice President Business Development for Parkway Shenton, and General Manager, Primary Care for Healthway Medical Group. Ms Goh Ann Nee joined RafflesMedicalGroup as Chief Financial Officer in February 2016. In that time, she has contributed significantly to the completion of RafflesHospital Chongqing, as well as streamlining the operations of Raffles China Clinics. Prior to joining the Group, she served as the Chief Financial Officer of City Developments Limited and the Vice President (Finance) at Millennium & Copthorne International Limited. Ms Goh also served as a board member on the National Library Board between 2009 to 2015.
