Metallica Metals Corp. entered into an agreement to acquire 54 Mineral Claims In The Province of Quebec on March 8, 2023. Consideration will be paid as 48 million common shares of Metallica Metals.

Securities issued as consideration are subject to a statutory hold period of four months and one day from the issuance thereof.
