4.Reciprocal shareholding ratios: 100%
5.Cause of occurrence:
 Local operation in Shanghai area has been temporarily suspended
 in response to COVID-19 prevention measures required by local
 government. Expected date of production resumption is
 to be advised by local authority.
6.Countermeasures:
(1) QCI is in full compliance with local government's
    regulations on COVID-19 prevention measures to
    ensure the safety and health of employees.
(2) The Company is actively communicating with customers and suppliers,
    as well as closely cooperating with local government on
    production resumption plan. We will continue to evaluate the
    business and financial impact.
