Qualitas Controladora continues to be member of the Dow Jones Sustainability MILA Pacific Alliance Index for the second year in a row
Qualitas Controladora, S.A.B. de C.V. ("Quálitas", "the Company" or "the Group") (BMV: Q*), informs its shareholders and the investment community that according to the Dow Jones Sustainability MILA Pacific Alliance Index methodology, it has been ratified for second year in a row the participation of Q* as part of the index 2021 sample as a result of the company's sustainable actions; Qualitas is the only insurance company part of this index.
"The Dow Jones Sustainability MILA Pacific Alliance Index is designed to measure best-in-class companies' performance from Chile, Colombia, Mexico and Peru that fulfill certain sustainability criteria better than the majority of their peers within a given industry."
The DJSI MILA Pacific Alliance is composed by 67 companies with the highest sustainability score given by the rating agency SAM (now part of S&P Global) within the Pacific Alliance region.

Additionally, during early November Qualitas officially signed the TCFD supporter list joining a cohort of leading companies committed to taking action against climate change and considering how climate change will impact their businesses, as part of its ongoing commitment towards its sustainability path.
