Puma VCT 13 aims to raise up to GBP70 million in share offer

Puma VCT 13 PLC - venture capital trust managed by Puma Investment Management Ltd - Makes offer for subscription to new ordinary shares to raise up to GBP50.0 million, with an over-allotment facility for up to a further GBP20.0 million. The offer will close by April 5, 2024 to be allotted in the 2023-24 UK tax year, which ends on that date.

Puma VCT 13 plc is a United Kingdom-based investment company. The principal activity of the Company is the making of investments in qualifying and non-qualifying holdings of shares or securities. The Company seeks to achieve its overall investment objective of proactively managing the assets of the fund with an emphasis on realizing gains in the medium term to maximize distributions from capital gains and income generated from the Companyâs assets. It intends to do so whilst maintaining its qualifying status as a venture capital trust (VCT). The Company may invest in a mix of qualifying and non-qualifying assets. The qualifying investments may be quoted on an alternative investment manager (AIM) or a similar market or be unquoted companies. Puma Investment Management Limited acts as the investment manager of the Company.
