PT Jakarta Tollroad Development announced a private placement of 114,596 series C shares at a price of IDR 6,562,254 per share for gross proceeds of IDR 752,008,059,384 on June 21, 2016. The transaction will include participation from existing investors, PT Jakarta Propertindo for 2,835 shares representing 3.177592% stake, PT Jaya Real Property TBK (JKSE:JRPT) for 33,064 shares representing 28.851974% stake, PT Pembangunan Jaya Ancol, Tbk (JKSE:PJAA) for 28,754 shares representing 25.150749% stake, PT Jaya Konstruksi Manggala Pratama Tbk (JKSE:JKON) representing 20.501848% stake for 23,493 shares, PT Pembangunan Jaya for 21,870 shares representing 18.266485% stake, and PT Jaya Land for 4,580 shares representing 4.049796% stake. The transaction has been approved by the shareholders of the company.
