Indonesia economic condition in 2022 had recorded a significant recovery compared to the previous year. The improvement continued after the government revoked the implementation of Public Mobility Restriction (PPKM).
Indonesia economic growth in 2022 was at 5.31% or had returned to a range of more than 5% as before the pandemic. While inflation rate in 2022 was above the inflation target of 3±1%, namely 5.51%.
Consumer Confidence Index (CCI) had increased to 119.9 which indicated that consumer optimism toward economic condition is getting better.
Based on Katadata Insight Center and Sirclo, there are significant changes on consumer behavior in terms of online shopping. Starting 2021 online transaction of health and beauty products grew by 40,1%.
BUSINESS HIGHLIGHTS
Net sales grew by 10.5% y-o-y from Rp 1.850 billion to Rp 2.044 billion.
Sales in domestic market grew by 6.7% compared to FY2021.
Export market grew by 18.3% compared to FY2021.
Sales by product categories y-o-y:
Hair care grew by 8.7% y-o-y.
Skin care & makeup grew by 18.2% y-o-y.
Fragrance grew by 1.3% y-o-y.
