PT Bank Jabar Banten Syariah announced that it has received IDR 2.5 billion in funding from PT Bank Pembangunan Daerah Jawa Barat dan Banten Tbk

PT Bank Jabar Banten Syariah announced a private placement of common shares for gross proceeds of IDR 2,500,000,000 on April 6, 2017. The transaction included participation from returning investor PT Bank Pembangunan Daerah Jawa Barat dan Banten Tbk (JKSE:BJBR). The investor increased its stake in the company from 98.61% to 98.89%.
