In compliance with the Regulation of the Indonesia Financial Services Authority No. 35/POJK.04/2014 on Corporate Secretary of Issuers or Public Companies and Rule Number I-E Concerning the Obligation of Information Submission, Decision of The Board of Directors of The Jakarta Stock Exchange No. Kep-306/BEJ/07-2004 dated July 19, 2004, we hereby inform the appointment of Mr. Mucharom as Corporate Secretary of the Company, effective as of December 23, 2020.
