Productos Familia S.a. (BVC:FAMILIA) acquired the remaining 50% stake in Continental de Negocios S.A. from Ricardo Polanco for $16.5 million on December 27, 2017. Continental reported annual sales of $50 million. As a result of the transaction, Productos Familia owns 100% stake in Continental de Negocios. Productos Familia S.a. (BVC:FAMILIA) completed the acquisition of the remaining 50% stake in Continental de Negocios S.A. from Ricardo Polanco on December 27, 2017.
