Patum Rice Mill and Granary Public Company Limited announced that at the AGM to be held on April 9, 2015,
three directors will retire namely, Assoc.Prof.Dr. Sathit Phaniangthong, Chairman of Nomination and Remuneration Committee, Director of Audit Committee, and Independent Director, Mr. Serm Henry Penchat, Director of Nomination and Remuneration Committee, Director of Audit Commitee, and Independent Director, and Mr. Somkiat Makyathorn, Managing Director.
