Precia Molen has gained nearly 4% after announcing sales of 39.9 million euros for the first quarter of 2023, up 4.1% on a reported basis and 4.9% on a like-for-like basis.

The weighing instrument supplier points to significantly higher orders than in 2022 over the same period, building up an order backlog to the end of March 2023 that is 'particularly high in Europe and Asia, and slightly down in Africa'.

Sales in 2023 should therefore benefit from this dynamism, albeit with a significant impact from the cessation of sales to Russia and the closure of subsidiaries in Australia', warns the company.
