PraxisIFM Group Limited commences share repurchases on March 8, 2022, under the program mandated by the shareholders in the Extraordinary General Meeting held on March 8, 2022. As per the mandate, the company is authorized to repurchase up to 26,666,666 shares, representing 23.68% of its issued share capital, for £40 million. The shares will be repurchased at a price of £1.65 per share.

The shares purchased will be cancelled. The company has fixed March 8, 2022, as the record date for the offer. The authority shall expire on March 8, 2022.
