General Announcement::DISCLOSURE IN RESPECT OF INFORMATION REQUIRED UNDER RULE 720(6) AS SET OUT IN APPENDIX 7.4.1

DISCLOSURE IN RESPECT OF INFORMATION REQUIRED UNDER RULE 720(6) AS SET OUT IN APPENDIX 7.4.1 OF THE LISTING MANUAL OF SGX-ST

The Board of Directors (the "Board") of Powermatic Data Systems Limited (the "Company") refers to the announcement released on 23 July 2021 (the "Announcement"). Unless otherwise stated, all capitalised terms used herein shall have the meanings ascribed to them in the Announcement.

In the Announcement, it was stated that: "On 23 July 2008, the SGX-ST wrote to Omega Capital Limited (the "Omega Capital") as it was not satisfied with its ability to meet the standards expected of an issue manager and financial adviser in some instances."

The Board would like to clarify that in the announcement issued by the SGX-ST on 23 July 2008 on this matter, it is stated that: "Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited (the "Exchange") has reviewed the performance of Omega Capital Limited ("Omega"), as part of its continuing drive to uphold standards and maintain the integrity of the securities market. The review covered Omega's work as issue manager in relation to initial listing applications and as professional adviser for submissions since 2006. The Exchange was not satisfied that Omega had demonstrated its ability to meet the standards expected of an issue manager and financial adviser." The Board would like to clarify that there was no qualification of "in some instances", and that SGX-ST's statement was accordingly unqualified.

Mr. Tan has also provided further information on the disclosures relating to him in respect of paragraphs (j)(i) and (iv) of Appendix 7.4.1. Paragraphs (j)(i) and (iv) of Appendix 7.4.1 relate to whether he has ever, to his knowledge, been concerned with the management and conduct, in Singapore or elsewhere, of the affairs of any corporation, entity or business trust which has been investigated for a breach of any law or regulatory requirement governing corporations, or that relates to the securities or futures industry, in Singapore or elsewhere. Mr. Tan has informed the Board that, to the best of his knowledge, neither he nor any representative of Omega Capital was called for any interview or to provide any statement to any regulatory authority in respect of the matters regarding Omega Capital referred to in the Announcement. He also reiterates that the purpose of the review by an independent professional firm that was directed by the SGX-ST, following its review of Omega Capital, was to recommend improvements to Omega Capital's internal processes, raise its due diligence standards and build up its expertise and resources.
