Power Solution Technologies Public Company Limited (the"Company") would like to inform the resolutions of its Board of Directors meeting No. 5/2022 held on 25 May 2022 which details are as follows;

1. To acknowledge the resignation of Mr. Rachanan Chanamai from a director of the Company and Chief Executive Officer, effective on 25 May 2022 onwards.
2. To appoint Miss Piyapat Suwannasang to be Acting Chief Executive Officer to Mr. Rachanan Chanamai , effective on 25 May 2022 onwards.
3. Approve the change of authorized directors as follows:
