Thu Dau Mot Water Joint Stock Company announced a private placement of 13,000,000 shares of VND 10,000 par value each at a price of VND 20,000 per share for gross proceeds of VND 260,000,000,000 on December 29, 2017. The shares will be subscribed by new investors Tien Phong Plastic Joint Stock Company (HNX:NTP), Post and Telecommunication Joint Stock Insurance Corporation (HNX:PTI), and Ho Le Minh for 7,000,000 shares, 4,000,000 shares, and 2,000,000 shares for stake of 10.76%, 6.15% and 3.07% respectively. The shares will be restricted for one year from the ending date of the transaction following the regulations of law.

The transaction is expected to be implemented in January 2018 itself.
