Plus500 Ltd. (LSE:PLUS) commences share repurchases on August 17, 2021, under the program mandated by the shareholders in the Annual General Meeting held on May 4, 2021. As per the mandate, the company is authorized to repurchase up to 10,198,950 shares, representing 10% of its issued share capital. The minimum price, exclusive of expenses, which may be paid, is ILS 0.01 per share. The maximum price which may be paid for any such ordinary share is the higher of an amount equal to 105% of the average of the market value quotations for the ordinary shares in the company as derived from the London Stock Exchange Daily Official List for the 5 business days immediately preceding the date on which such ordinary shares are contracted to be purchased and the higher of the price of the last independent trade and the highest current independent bid on the London Stock Exchange Daily Official List at the time the purchase is carried out. The plan will be valid up to the conclusion of the next Annual General Meeting of the company in 2022 or, if earlier, close of business on the date August 4, 2022, unless renewed by the company. As of March 24, 2021, the company had 114,888,377 shares in issue and 12,898,886 shares in its treasury.
