PH Resorts Group Holdings, Inc. announced unaudited consolidated earnings results for the second quarter and six months ended June 30, 2020. For the quarter, the company reported net operating revenues of PHP 12,537 against PHP 14,270,579 a year ago. Operating loss was PHP 92,870,468 against PHP 62,898,509 a year ago. Net loss/total comprehensive loss was PHP 138,439,381 against PHP 112,220,849 a year ago. Basic loss per share was PHP 0.0289 against PHP 0.0234 a year ago.
For the six months, the company reported net operating revenues of PHP 9,466,099 against PHP 35,228,241 a year ago. Operating loss was PHP 95,431,954 against PHP 68,763,700 a year ago. Net loss/total comprehensive loss was PHP 160,041,062 against PHP 95,431,954 a year ago. Basic loss per share was PHP 0.0578 against PHP 0.0353 a year ago.
PH Resorts Group Holdings, Inc. is a Philippines-based holding company of PH Travel and Leisure Holdings Corp. (PH Trave). PH Trave is a holding company for the gaming and hospitality arm of the Udenna Group, which includes LapuLapu Leisure, Inc., The Base Corp., and Donatela Hotel Panglao Corp. The Donatela Hotel has 12 upscale villas with pools, fine-dining restaurants and a wine cellar. It is located on a 7.5 hectares property approximately a 14-minute drive from the Bohol International Airport. It has two segments: Hotel and restaurant and Gaming.
