Description	Rectification of shares held over reported by Lembaga Tabung Haji ("LTH")

Pentamaster Corporation Berhad ("PCB" or "the Company") wishes to announce that it had on 10 August 2022 received notification from LTH informing that LTH had over reported 20,600 shares held by CIMB Islamic Nominees (Tempatan) Sdn Bhd Principal Islamic Asset Management Sdn Bhd (formerly known as CIMB-Principal Asset Management Berhad) for LTH in its announcements from 18 April 2022 to 13 May 2022. ("said announcement").

Amended notices of interest of substantial shareholder has been sent to the Company by LTH on 10 August 2022.

Consequent to the rectification, all the balances disclosed under indirect/deemed interest by LTH in its announcements from 18 April 2022 to 13 May 2022 should be adjusted accordingly as set out below:-
