After receiving an offer at the beginning of May, PCAS confirms that it has decided to sell its subsidiary PCAS Canada to the Japanese chemical group DIC Corporation, for an enterprise value of 88.2 million euros.

The purchase offer has been accepted by PCAS after authorization by its Board of Directors. The relevant employee representative bodies have been informed and consulted in advance, in accordance with applicable regulations.

As the transaction is not subject to any conditions precedent, the signature of the corresponding agreements by PCAS and DIC Corporation, and the completion of the sale of PCAS Canada, will take place in the next few days.
