Motion for Joint Administration Approved for PARTS iD, Inc.

The US Bankruptcy Court granted an order for the joint administration of the Chapter 11 bankruptcy cases of PARTS iD, Inc. and its affiliates on December 28, 2023. The affiliates include PARTS iD, LLC. The cases would be jointly administered for administrative and procedural purposes.

PARTS iD, Inc. has been designated as the lead debtor.
