CHANGE OF ADDRESS OF UNIT REGISTRAR AND PLACE AT WHICH THE REGISTER OF UNITHOLDERS IS KEPT

Parkway Trust Management Limited, as the manager of Parkway Life Real Estate Investment Trust ("PLife REIT"), wishes to announce that, with effect from 31 January 2022, the office of PLife REIT's unit registrar, Boardroom Corporate & Advisory Services Pte. Ltd. (the "Unit Registrar"), and the place at which the Register of Unitholders is kept, will be changed to:
