CSY Spólka Akcyjna (WSE:CSY) agreed to acquire 83.28% stake in RSY S.A. (WSE:RSY) from Zastal Spolka Akcyjna for PLN 21.6 million on December 1, 2015. CSY agreed to acquire 3.08 million shares of RSY. In a related transaction, RSY acquired 13.68% stake of CSY from Zastal for PLN 7.4 million.
