Oxford Industries, Inc. provides earnings guidance for the third quarter and full fiscal year 2021. For the third quarter, the Company expects net sales to be between $220 million and $230 million compared to net sales of $175 million in the third quarter of fiscal 2020 and $241 million in the third quarter of fiscal 2019. The Company expects earnings per share on a GAAP basis in a range of $0.17 to $0.27 in the third quarter of fiscal 2021.
For the full fiscal year, the Company now expects net sales in a range of $1.085 billion to $1.105 billion as compared to sales of $1.12 billion in 2019. In fiscal 2021, GAAP earnings per share are expected to be between $6.03 and $6.28.
