NOTICE TO SHAREHOLDERS
OURO FINO SAÚDE ANIMAL PARTICIPAÇÕES S.A. ("Companhia"), informs to its shareholders' and to the capital market that it changed on March the 4th the the following corporate events dates reflecting its calendar of corporate events:
Annual shareholders' meeting its going to be held on April the 20th and the release of the its management proposal and annual shareholders call notice will be on March the 21st;
Reference form for the fiscal year that ended in December 31th and will be presented on April the 20th; and
Report on the brazillian code of corporate governance - publicy-held companies that will be presented on April 20th.
In due corse, the company also communicates that, as a result of the changes in the law 6,064/76 article 289 introduced by law 13,818/19, the mandatory publications made by the company are no longer carried out in oficial bodies. Publications in the newspaper "Valor Economico" are maintened.

Ouro Fino Saude Animal Participacoes S.A., also known as Ourofino, is a Brazil-based company engaged in the animal health market business sector in Latin America. The Company manufactures veterinary products using scientific technology in the Company's laboratories. The Company's products are divided into six sectors: Wholesale, Birds, Cattle, Equine, Pet and Pigs. The Wholesale area is divided into four lines: Anti-Mastiticos, producing antibiotics killing bacteria and lumps; Antimicrobial, which focuses on the treatment of bacterial infectious diseases; Ectoparasiticides, concentrated on insect repellent products, and Endectocides, which is the treatment and control of internal and external diseases of cattle, sheep and swine parasites. There is also one additional line of products divided for additives, biological, inoculants, diagnostic kit, probiotics, silage and other supplements, among others.
